FleetRepair.us ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-assisted fleet repair triage, repair cost guides, and related tools for fleet owner-operators and managers. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.
When you use the AI triage tool, we collect the vehicle details and symptom description you enter in order to generate a diagnostic report. If you choose to provide an email address (for example, to receive a copy of a report), we store that email and associate it with the report. We use a session cookie to track your free credit balance and plan status across visits — this cookie does not identify you personally beyond the session.
We collect basic analytics events (page views, feature usage) to understand which tools and guides are useful, and aggregate, anonymized usage counts for site improvement. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Triage reports are retained for approximately 7 days by default unless shared via a permanent link. Session data is retained for up to 90 days of inactivity. Email addresses submitted voluntarily are retained until you request deletion.
We use Google Analytics (gtag) for aggregate site usage statistics and Google AdSense for advertising on select pages, both of which may set their own cookies subject to Google's privacy policies. Payment processing for paid plans is handled by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.
You can request deletion of any email address or triage report associated with your session by contacting us at the address below. You can also clear your session cookie in your browser at any time to reset your free credit balance tracking (this does not delete previously generated reports accessible via direct share link).
